Consider this
possibility: At the beginning of the year, you develop your
own plan for professional development for 2015-16. You would:
- identify 2-3 areas for personal PD (could include
pedagogical methods or subject content)
- describe how you would pursue the PD (workshops, online
learning, individual research, working with colleagues/mentors), etc.
- assess what you have learned through the PD
