Dear Master's Candidate:

The research Teacher-Researchers’ Experiences in the Master’s Program in English Didactics at Caldas University intends to look at the process candidates go through when conducting research procedures in contrast with their teaching positions; the research expects to give feedback to the program administrators, future cohorts, and professors on the way the research component of the program should be dealt with, in order to reduce the levels of anxiety, stress, and confusion frequently identified among teacher-researchers.

PURPOSE OF RESEARCH: To explore Master’s candidates’ experiences when playing their roles as teachers and researchers.
