W-2 Critical Indicators Report Survey - (copy)

The Bureau of Working Families is revising the W-2 Critical Indicators Reports that were published in the past. This Critical Indicators Report will present quarterly information on W-2 participants, for Milwaukee County / Balance of State / State (not by agency or County), and data would be shown for the current quarter, the previous quarter, and the same quarter one year ago. As a part of our planning, we would like your feedback on which potential indicators would be most informative to you.

Please rate the following potential indicators on how informative they would be to you and your work, on a scale from 1 (least informative) – 5 (most informative).
