Reminder: Tampering of Company Properties

Tampering any company property such as but not limited to the following is considered a major offense:

Removing, transferring, and/or damaging the following:

• Ethernet/Lan Cables
• HIS Cords
• Mouse
• Keyboard
• Monitor
• Desk Phones (Avaya)
• Telephone Extensions
• Etc.

Should you encounter any issue/s with your workstation before or during your shift, please report it immediately to your supervisor so that it can be escalated to IT (i.e. damaged equipment, latency, no connection, poor or no audio, etc.). Only our IT personnel are allowed to remove, replace, or transfer any components of our workstation.

Failure to report and/or those caught tampering with company property will be endorsed to HR and may lead to a Written Warning for the first instance. Damaged company properties will be charged to the employee who tampered with it.
