2015 Women's BERG - Plano, July 23

To support growth and development, and to promote diversity and inclusion, last year, HDFS created a Women’s Leadership Business Employee Resource Group (BERG). The HDFS Women’s BERG is excited to invite all employees to attend a panel discussion on leadership and career development hosted by HDFS leaders.

The panel discussion will provide participants with valuable insight into how HDFS leaders achieved their positions in the Company, and their career path along the way. A moderator will ask a series of informal questions to each of the panelists. There will also be a “question and answer” session to offer participants the opportunity to ask questions.

Men are invited, too!

Although the group is a women’s BERG, gender diversity plays an important role in every organization and, as such, men are encouraged to attend the panel discussion and participate in the BERG to better understand gender diversity issues and how organizations and individuals can influence change.
