Final Mock Email NAT Set 3
1. Write your employee ID and your full name at the right hand top corner of your questions paper as soon as you receive one. 2. Answer all the questions 3. Consider the questions as fresh e-mails (i.e., the response which you compose will be the first response the customer is going to receive) 4. Remember that you cannot make any changes to the customer’s iTunes Store account actually in the Customer Support Site (MZSupport). You may access the support site with read only access. (For example, if you come across a question which needs you to regrant/refund a particular item, do not do it actually in the support site) 5. You have 90 minutes to answer all the questions 6. Answers should be framed in a Microsoft Word file or TextEdit file. The file name should be your full name. 7. Each answer should have the Internal Notes along with the response to the question 8. There is no need to include Root and Sub Root Causes in your answers 9. E-mail the Microsoft Word file with all the answers to the e-mail addresses provided below. The subject line should contain the keywords “Mock e-mail” and your employee ID (Example: Mock e-mail – 240789):
