- Why: Our goal is to provide the extraordinary experience to our customers and having this option will reduce the wait time for our customers to get a representative on the phone. We will have the chance to put more representatives on intervals where we need them the most and in our case, during the opening and during the closing. *

- How:
You mentioned that you have employees interested and please continue to gather volunteers and this will be effective October Fiscal, this Sunday shift. The plan is still also being studied if it will help us meet our objectives both on the SL perspective and financial perspective. I understand that reduced night diff and transportation can be issues which I believe will be offset by the additional allowances we are willing to provide that we can gain from the additional revenue we are projecting. *

- What: Split shift study that can help us achieve our overall objectives of exceeding our financial goals by reducing idle time as this will help improve our occupancy. We usually are idle mid shift but busy beginning and by the end of the HOOP.*

- What's in it for you?
It can help you spend more time with your family, the shift will be from 8 PM until 12 AM and 8 AM until 12 noon in MNL time. You can sleep during the night, between 12 AM and 8 AM and have a regular life from 12 noon until 8 PM.
We understand the additional cost on transportation and you might lose premium hours with Night Differential, to compensate - we will add Php 200 everyday that will be paid together with your salary.
The study will only for one month and is 100%. This is a no commitment offer and you will have the option to go back to the regular schedule by Fiscal November.
