This survey will be sent out to the people who manage and lead the Nesting phase after the learner(s) has/have gone through Communications / Core / Functional training delivery with PH L&D Learning Specialists. We aim to get a temp check on how the leaders gauge the associate’s readiness. 1 as the lowest score and 5 as the highest.
