Do police have probable cause ?

- Officer Martinez sees a young man he doesn't know go into a house on his normal beat. He wants to search the house.*

- Officer Jones is walking his beat. An elderly lady stops him and tells him a man standing across the street has been selling drugs. When the man sees them looking at him, he turns and walks quickly in the opposite direction. Officer Jones crosses the street & yells for the man to stop. The man takes off running*

- Officer Smith pulls a driver over for speeding and when he approaches the car, the driver speeds off.*

- Officer St. John asks a group of men some questions to try to get the background on a recent string of burglaries. One of the men refuses to answer questions and tells the officer its none of his business.*

- A citizen tells officer Dillon that a man in a nearby parked car has a gun. The officer approaches the car, asks if man has a gun. The man shows the officer his gun and his permit to carry the gun. The officer then wants to search the rest of the car.*
