Leadership Team Input
This year in leadership our focus has been on boosting morale. We have broken into smaller groups and our group has been focusing what holds us back from taking risks and how we can form a more trusting environment. Our specific questions were the following: "Propose solutions to create a more trusting environment. What classroom strategies can we replicate as a staff? How much effort does it take? How much impact with it make?" We came up with some of the suggestions below, as well as included items already in place. Now, we need your input. Please rank highest to lowest which of these things would have the highest impact on you in making you feel more comfortable taking risks and trying new things.
