1.) ID Badge Policy

      All Employees (from Agents to CEOs), Clients & Visitors will wear a photo identification badge

2.) Clean Desk Policy

      Only the pc, monitor, headset, mouse/mouse pad and phone unit are allowed at the workstation. No purses or bags of any kind.

4.) Fraud Communications Policy

      Cultivating a security culture throughout Teleperformance with regular communications to remind all employees of the importance of security and the various trainings, reward programs, etc. available to them

5.) Security Awareness Posters Policy

      Uniform security awareness posters and workstation labels throughout all Teleperformance sites

6.)Security Guards Policy

      Before anyone can access on the operation floor, they must first pass the Security Guard's Inspection

      Ensure all employees are fully trained on Teleperformance’s Global Security Awareness Training & quizzes (new hire & annual refresher.

8.) Social Media Confidentiality Policy

      Parameters for Teleperformance employees’ use of the internet, social media and electronic technologies (“Social Media”)

9.) Risk Discovery and Fraud Prevention Policy

      Defined fraud management practices and ensure that all responsible parties are aware of, and have agreed to, all Contractual Compliance requirements for their respective programs

10.) Facilities Access Control Policy

      A secure facility access control environment allowing only current employees of the program to enter the production area

11.) Login Provisioning and De-provisioning Policy

      Ensure that Employees have the access they need, when they need it . . . And that it’s immediately removed when they change roles or leave the Company

12.) Infrastructure Hardening Policy

      Workstations have only approved applications, no removable media devices, web filtering for approved access only

13.) Security Data Analytics Policy

      Guidelines for the access and use of all appropriate data, from both Teleperformance and Client systems, used to detect security events and help to prevent fraud

14.) Contractual Compliance Policy

      To establish a process to capture, communicate, implement and report Client contractual security compliance requirements.
