ELSA Inventory
Select the number that best fits how each question describes you as a leader or your view on leadership TODAY. 1=Not Like Me (Never) 2=A Little Like Me (Sometimes) 3=Often Like Me (Usually) 4=This Is Me! (Always) Respond to each statement as it relates to your outlook and who you are TODAY--not how you hope to be in the future or how you were in the past. Respond to each statement honestly for yourself. There is no right or wrong answer. When reference in made to a team, it can mean your group of friends, a sports team, your family, your youth group-- any group where you find yourself using or learning to use your leadership skills the most.
