Workday Configuration Survey

Please read the instructions regarding the Workday Configuration Survey and complete the survey by Monday, June 6th, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. This survey is not the same as the 8 periods vs. 9 periods day survey. This survey only deals with the extended days that are part of the renegotiated contract.

  1. Please rank the following Workday Configuration options from 1-3, with 1 being your top choice and 3 being your last choice. The Default Option is the Workday Configuration we currently have. We do not need to have an SBO on the "Default" option but we would definitely need to SBO the two options below the default if there were to be a high demand for any of those two options:

    Default - (80 mins. PD - Mondays); (75 mins. OPW/FE - Tuesdays)  
    SBO Option 1 - (100 mins. PD - Mondays); (55 mins. FE - Tuesdays)  
    SBO Option 2 - (80 mins. PD - Mondays); (40 mins. FE - Tuesdays); (35 mins. OPW - Thursdays)
