Busch Gardens Physics Day Survey

This survey is to determine whether or not we should attend the annual Busch Gardens Physics Day on Friday December 2, 2016.


  1. Our school normally goes to Busch Gardens Physics Day in December. This is an all day field trip that we take on a charter bus. The cost includes the charter bus cost and a Limited edition t-shirt. It will also include a ticket if you do not have one. It does not include food or anything else you want to purchase. This survey is to determine if we should go or not. The cost of the trip if you DO NOT have an annual pass is $95. The cost of the trip if you DO have an annual pass is $35. This survey does not mean you are going nor does it mean you are not. It is to decide if there is enough interest to justify the trip.
    Yes, I do not have an annual pass and would pay the $95
    Yes, I have an annual pass and would pay the $35
    No I do not have any interest in attending this trip
