In this type of culture, leaders decide how people are to behave. Although this type of culture is meant to support new approaches and ideas, it can feel superficial and actually reduce motivation

- TYPE 4: BALKANIZED
In this type of culture, collaboration occurs only within cliques of like minded people. Stronger groups know they have the capacity to gang up on weaker ones to leverage behaviors and obtain special treatment

In this type of culture, people pretty much do their own thing. There usually isn't much drama because most people don't care what others are doing. People are collegial, but for the most part, each has his/her own territory and likes it that way

A toxic culture focusses on the negatives and gives permission to have low expectations. Generally, this type of culture is not evident because one of its hallmakrs it the ability of its members to hide their believfs
