- What is your location?
- Please rate (by order of preference) the following schedules from 1 - 4, with 1 being most preferred time (all times are CT).
- Would you be willing to work a "step down" schedule?
A "step down" schedule has 2 additional hours on Monday and 2 less hours during one of the remaining days of the week. These are helpful schedules for busy Monday volumes. Because many of the earlier shifts need "step down" flexibility to make the coverage plan work, your chances of getting an earlier shift go up if you are willing to work the "step down" schedule.
- Are you interested in Work-at-Home (WAH)?
We hope to pilot WAH about 90 days after launch depending on team and volume stabilization. WAH will be used for later hour phone coverage and because of that, your chances for being able to WAH are much higher if you choose the later shifts.
