Communication Coach Pre-Training Survey: Users

During the hospice delivery system redesign, some staff expressed concern that they lacked confidence in knowing what to say and how to talk with families about what to expect during the dying process.
This concern was echoed by Midwest CareCenter's score on a part of NHPCO's Family Evaluation of Hospice Care (FEHC). Communication Coach, a state-of-the-art, online training program was designed to utilize our best practices to provide employees an opportunity to gain confidence in these skills in a safe training environment.

Please rate your responses to a number of statements BEFORE you participate in Communication Coach Users training.

Once you have been using this tool for a number of months, we will distribute another survey to gauge the training’s effectiveness.

Your responses are confidential. It is critical that you be as honest as possible in responding to the questions so we can evaluate the effectiveness of this training. If effective, as measured by in-house surveys and the FEHC, we will build upon the success to get grants for conintued training.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
