Title: Striving Readers Instructional Strategies
Summary: No two readers are alike! You've tried everything in your toolbox to support that reader who just cannot seem to "get it". There's hope! "Striving Readers" strategies target students at the following levels: Phonemic Awareness; Word Recognition and Fluency; Fluency and Comprehension; Vocabulary and Comprehension. Learn where your students are and how to differentiate for each one.

Title: How to Use the Fountas and Pinnell Leveled Literacy Intervention Kit
Summary: The Fountas and Pinnell Leveled Literacy Intervention is a great way to improve a student's reading and comprehension skills. Come and learn the basics of the F and P LLI kit. We will look into what the kit is, what the components of the program are, sample lessons, and how to get started.
Dates: Janaury 17th and January 31st (This is a two-part training – both Sessions must be attended)

Title: Engage Your Students with a Non- Fiction Text Using AR 360
Summary: AR 360 is an amazing tool that will allow your students to access non-fiction texts on their level, as well as reading about topics that are interesting and engaging. You can tailor your lessons to specific topics of need such as main idea, sequencing, and inferencing. Students are able to engage with text on the screen and it's great practice for those Milestone and DAs. Come and check out how AR 360 can supplement and enrich your lessons!
