Customer Service Entries in CRM/ONEMedline 2/9/17

Customer Service and Dedicated Reps use a program called “The notebook” to create posts that capture day to day activities or tasks that are completed for your customers. These notebook posts are then converted to activities in CRM/OneMedline. You can locate these postings by clicking on the “Customer Service Entry” link found under the account record in CRM from your iPad or Laptop. This information is not currently viewable from your cell phones.
