    3 - Good: Can recognize need for help with guidance or teacher prompt.
    4 - Excellent: Can recognize need and request help when necessary


  1. Time management: Tyler manages his time well organizing steps/time needed to complete a task.
    1 - Poor: Does not use time well or get work completed.
    2 - Fair: Completes steps out of order needing more time to finish a task
    3 - Good: Inconsistently manages time with work to be completed
    4 - Excellent: Student consistently and independently organizes work and manages time well


  1. Communication: Tyler seeks out peers and adults to communicate with in a social manner
    1 - Poor: Shys away from interaction with others.
    2 - Fair: Responds appropriately when approached by peers and adults in conversation
    3 - Good: Occasionally approaches peers or adults weekly in social conversation
    4 - Excellent: Independently starts up conversations with peers and adults weekly


  1. Work Completion: Tyler completes tasks and turns in homework in a timely manner
    1 - Poor: Does not complete work on time at all or very little.
    2 - Fair: Often turns in work that is incomplete or late.
    3 - Good: Completes work most of the time, however, work is often turned in late and/or partially complete.
    4 - Excellent: Completes and turns in work on time. Promptly arranges for and completes work after an absence.
