Development Workshop

Gilroy is planning to conduct a Coaching/Mentoring programme for willing AVPs where we will try to identify a few areas of development and develop plans for working on the same. This program is spread out over a duration of 3 months from November 2017 to January 2018 and the expected time commitment from each participant is 2-3 hours per month. Kindly note, only the names of participants willing to opt for this programme will be shared and any feedback/reasons will be strictly kept with HR in confidence.
