In this exercise you will find a list of five different scenarios. Instructions are below:
- Rank each scenario in priority based on low, medium, or high
- Explain why and how you prioritized and would handle each scenario
- Be prepared to share your results with the larger group

  1. The Aspire to Be program has been launched in LATAM, and now Vinayak wants to see and discuss the rollout plan for NA, in two days. Feedback from LATAM is that the program ran successfully and participants enjoyed the information learned throughout training. This is a program that has been highly requested by NA site leaders and OMs for the last quarter and word is beginning to spread about its effectiveness with employees.

You have provided emails and sent specific details to this person on how to enroll their teams into the program, but they are still unsuccessful in completing the task. You have a training session tomorrow, you need to prep and cannot dedicate more time to guide your peer through the sign up process.

  1. Your team has just received two training requests:

    One - Shipra is requesting a representative from the NA L&D team fill in for July's GCA leadership training as the European team is short staffed this month and cannot complete the training as originally planned. You have two weeks to find a topic and create a presentation to share.

    Two - SWAT requests keep pouring in. The latest request is for the newest Rochester logo and they need an NA L&D representative to facilitate onsite for a team of 15 people. This SWAT program is scheduled to begin by the first week in August.
