Summer Basketball Camp Survey

Mr. Todd will be running a basketball program this summer at Chelsea during the month of July. The camp will include at least one game each week as well as instruction on fundamental skills. There will be prizes for shooting and other skill competitions. Please take a minute to complete this survey in order to help us plan. Do not complete this survey more than once. A schedule and more information will be available in June.
