Team Lead/SME's?

We need to appoint 1-2 more Team Lead/SME's in Greentree. We already have Amber and Cheryl doing Consumer/OE. We need our other 2 to be strong in the Tech Support line of business. Please take a minute and tell me who you would recommend for this position. Who do you feel most comfortable going to for assistance?
