2018 Directors' Dialogue

The planning committee would like your input as we begin work on next year’s Directors’ Dialogue. The theme is: “Leading with Purpose: What’s Your Strategy?”

This year, BCS wants to provide information on three broad topic areas. We identified potential presentations in each area:

• Using data to drive decision making: strategies on using data to prioritize cases, WebI 101, current research in BCS, and
• Strategies related to implementing policy: strategies to evaluate the ability to pay, interstate case processing under UIFSA 2008, lessons learned from OCSE-157 Report, and
• Best practices related to service delivery: communication strategies, collaborating with courts, essential elements of customer service, and working with employers.

While BCS has identified these topic areas with some suggested presentations, we want your feedback on both the topic areas and possible presentations.
