How Do Acts of Kindness Effect People's Mood?

You have been asked to take part in this survey. This survey should take no more than 5 minutes. The point of this survey is to learn about the feelings of people and how their mood changes from receiving or doing different types of acts of kindness. By doing this research maybe we can give examples of what someone can do to help improve their mood. Seeing if lending a helping hand will not only brighten the receiver’s mood, or maybe brightening someone’s mood requires a lot more effort. As well as, positively influencing the mood of the person who is performing the act of kindness. All data will be deleted after the study.
