The purpose of this research is to determine what exactly is the most “ideal” or “attractive” body type for males according to the Millennial Generation, Generation X, and Generation Z. This research will educate generations about the evolution of body image and give an updated interpretation of body image form the perspective of Millennials, Generation X, and Generation Z.
