Leadership Support to Training Attendance
No names are required on this survey. We are randomly sending this out to learn more about the leadership support Learners are currently receiving when they attend and OD&L Class and what Learners would like to receive.

- When I register to attend an OD&L class, my Manager strongly supports my attendance to the class.

- Before I attend an OD&L class, my Manager meets with me to discuss expectations and removes barriers to make it easier to attend the class.

- After I attend an OD&L class, my Manager meets with me to discuss what I learned and how I can apply the new skills and knowledge to my role.

- Reporting to a Manager who met with me prior to attending training would make me feel more supported and help me get more out of the training.

- Reporting to a Manager who met with me after the training session to discuss what I learned and how I can apply the new skills and knowledge to my role would help me be more vested in my learning experience.
