- Provide a stipend to teachers that teach at more than one site.
Rationale - When teachers are going to and from varies sites, the teacher is using their own transportation.

- All middle school and high school unit members will be assigned no more than three (3) subjects to instruct. Middle school and high school unit members who volunteer to instruct more than three (3) subjects will be compensated by advancing two (2) steps on the salary schedule inclusive of longevity steps. The advanced compensation will continue for the entire duration of the school year in which the unit member volunteers to instruct more than three (3) subjects.

- Provide a stipend for Special Ed. Teachers.
Rationale - "I believe it should be at least as much as the stipend for coaching."

- Provide an additional stipend to Athletic Directors if a team makes sections. Rationale - When an athletic team makes sections, more games are added; thus, additional work detail is needed.
