Middle school and high school unit members who volunteer to instruct more than three (3) subjects will be compensated by advancing two (2) steps on the salary schedule inclusive of longevity steps. The advanced compensation will continue for the entire duration of the school year in which the unit member volunteers to instruct more than three (3) subjects.

    Rationale - "I believe it should be at least as much as the stipend for coaching."
