Lodi Rotary Club 583 Communications and Grant Application Survey 2018
This survey will gather information for the Executive Board on the types of communication preferred by members. Also, the survey asks questions about what types of grants or projects the club should pursue. It is a follow up survey to the one conducted in 2017. You are being asked for your name if you would like your feedback to be anonymous, Put Anonymous as the last line in your feedback to President Kirk question. - What type of project should we attempt in the next two years? The grant request must fit into the six initiative areas of the Rotary Foundation. World Fund provides a minimum of $15,000 and maximum of $200,000. Clubs and districts contribute District Designated Funds (DDF) and/or cash contributions that the World Fund matches. DDF is matched 100 percent and cash is matched at 50 percent.
