Post Coaching Feedback

Purpose: The post coaching survey consist of multiple questions that relate to the coaching session, experience, and overall satisfaction. The purpose of this survey is to gauge satisfaction, enhance successful strategies, know where to improve and glean new ideas.

When answering the questions, please focus only on the performance feedback provided to you. Please avoid rating the coach.

The coach will not have any visibility to the survey; this information is solely for the team manager.
