Northbrook Middle - May 3, 2018

Directions: Thanks for welcoming me to Northbrook Middle as we continued to explore questioning. We looked at variations of Think-Pair- Share. We sorted reasons for questioning - recitation or discussion - with a Venn Diagram. I explained how sticky notes could be used to have students respond individually and then collaborate to summarize ideas. Finally, we argued our reasoning by selecting a skill that we felt most important to teach; we moved to four different sides of the room to illustrate our thoughts.

Reflect on our time together. Determine your level of agreement with the following statements.

Thanks,
Kristen Drake
