Child Care Center Survey for Familes - (copy for committee feedback)
Through a gift from Noble Center Church, a non-profit organization is being formed. At this time, the primary focus of this organization is to establish a child care center in Griswold. Such a child care center would be independent from the Griswold Community Schools but would strive to cooperate and coordinate schedules, transportation, and other factors to best serve families in the area. In order to best utilize our resources we need accurate information on the specific needs for child care in the community. Your name is optional. If you include your name, you may be contacted for follow up questions but your information will not be made public in any way. There are 38 questions and it will take about 10 to 15 minutes of your time to complete. Thank you for your participation in this survey.
