CCST Survey - Jan 2019

This survey is for all US ECTS representatives to take for the ECTS Management to be able to gauge their CCST calling experience. Responses to the survey may be used to improve and/or sustain the CCST's level of service. ALL ANSWERS TO THIS SURVEY WILL BE ANONYMOUS.



  1. The CCST (Assist Line) as a group helps me with my concerns. They're helpful, efficient, and they supply me with the information that I need to know to accomplish a task and/or resolve my customers concern.
