Sage Medallion Nomination - 2020

This award celebrates and highlights managers, bakers, chefs, and other industry professionals who are former ICA students. These professionals, by their work and efforts, uphold and promote the values of the ICA in their professional endeavors. Nominations are accepted from alumni, ICA faculty + staff, and industry friends and associates. Recipients will be chosen by a committee of faculty and staff from the Institute for the Culinary Arts. Winners will be honored each year at Family Meal.
