Senior Survey 2019
We need some info from our seniors to make plans for our senior trip, but also to continue to better our programing that we offer for our students. Please answer the questions below to help us with these things.

- The senior trip is scheduled for July 23rd thru the 26th, these are the dates we discussed a month or so ago. I am sorry this date is not with out conflict for some but meets the needs of the majority. The trip will be to the black hills of South Dakota. This trip will be paid for by the chapter and some costs will be incurred by the member. Please answer yes if you are planning on going on the trip and know that you will qualify by having 4 activities above the local level and that you have sold over $1600 of fruit.*

- If you answered yes above please list the 4 activities that you have done above the local level to qualify you for this trip. For example:conduct of meetings, delegate at district convention, 212 leadership contest, and courtesy corp at state convention
