When giving a grade to each group member, please grade them on the following criteria: How much did they contribute to the project? Were they on task and trying hard to be helpful to the group’s purpose and task? Did they help your group’s score or drag it down because of their individual actions? 4 – Superstar!Our group wouldn't have been able to have such a successful project without this person! Not only did s/he do an AMAZING job with appointed responsibilities, acting, and other tasks, but also went above and beyond the job responsibilities to help out others in the group, making our project a huge success! Would absolutely work with again. 3 – Great Job!This person did everything their job required and did it well. S/He did a solid job with appointed responsibilities, acting and other tasks. I am very satisfied with their contribution to the project. Would work with again.
2.5 – Okay.This person did everything their job required, but sometimes needed a little extra help or reminding to stay on task. S/He did an okay job with appointed responsibilities, acting and other tasks. Might or might not work with again. 2.0 – Frustrating.This person did not do their job as well as they could have. S/He may have attended to some of their responsibilities poorly and because of this, might have brought down the rest of the group. This person was either passive, letting the rest of the group do all of the work without adding much, or had to be reminded to help (a lot) but when reminded, did do the work. Would probably not work with again. Less than 2.0 – Because of this person’s actions and how s/he affected the outcome of this project, I do not believe s/he should get a passing grade and/or I would not want to work with this person again. In this case, please leave a note as to what happened. Your comments will be kept completely confidential!
