New Colleague Refresher (Liability) Sponsor Form: May - June 2019
The New Colleague Refresher (NCR) covers the topics listed below in an online training environment. Sessions will be approximately 1 hour per week for 8 weeks. The series is designed to emulate skills typical Sedgwick claims professionals are required to master from a technical and Sedgwick Best Practice standpoint in order to successfully adjudicate their claims and improve individual overall P360 audit scores. Training Topics: Week 1: Investigation & Coverage Week 2: Time & Diary Management Week 3: Documentation & Coding Week 4: Action Plans & SIR Overview Week 5: Evaluations & Reserves Week 6: Negotiations & Litigation Management Week 7: JURIS Overview/Refresher Week 8: P360 Audit Overview (LB) This form is being sent to Team Leads that have at least one registered direct report colleague for the upcoming scheduled NCR series. Completion of this form is required in order to finalize your colleague(s) admittance into the NCR. Please ensure completion prior to the 1st session, 5/1/19. NOTE: Completion of a separate form for each colleague registered for the NCR is required.
