This survey is for all US ECTS representatives to take for the ECTS Management to be able to gauge the CCST (Assist Line) calling experience. Responses to this survey will be used to improve and/or sustain the CCST's level of service. ALL ANSWERS TO THIS SURVEY ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL BE FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM'S VIEWING ONLY.
