GCSE REVISION: Higher Role Play Prompts

To do well at Higher Role Plays check you can understand these prompts from recent past papers. Play the games as often as you can! Then you should be able to work out the prompts on your role play card. There are many possible variations of prompts that could come up.

Think about what you would say in response to each prompt. You should expect to have to say a few things for some lines of the role play. You can break your answer down into short sentences, if you want.

You should also expect to use the past and/or future tense.

The Higher Role Play is worth 8 marks (20% of the speaking exam).
