0506G "Ein" words in German (as the subject in a sentence)

These are words (also called possessive adjectives) that have the same endings as ein. They are: mein (my), kein (no, not any), dein (your), sein (his, its), unser (our), euer (your, pl.), ihr (her), ihr (their), Ihr (your, formal).

ihr (her) and ihr (their) are only capitalized when they are at the beginning of a sentence.

der and das words, when used as the subject of the sentence, do not affect the endings of the "ein" words. They are simply: mein, kein, dein, sein, unser, euer, ihr, ihr, Ihr.

With "die" words, however, an "-e" is added to the "ein" words. Thus, meine, keine, deine, seine, unsere, eure, ihre, ihre, Ihre.
