Chapter 29: What are these participle things and why are they in this translation?!?

Participles are verbal adjectives. Present active participles translate "______ing". They are recognized by the ending "ns" in the nominative singular or "nt + 3rd declension ending" if they are any other case and number. Let's work on telling the difference between this form and the present progressive in both English and Latin.
