Significant Figures: Values with zeros sandwiched inside

When counting significant figures, you DO COUNT zeros when the zeros are sandwiched between numbers that are not zeros. For example, 807 has 3 sig figs but 870 has only two. The zero in the value 870 is not sandwiched inside.
