Note that Professor Asano uses the emphatic それこそ in the sense of 'truly, incredibly'. 必ずしも（かならずしも）'necessarily' requires a negative ending as in 必ずしも勝つことがいいわけではない 'it's not necessarily the case that winning is good.'
