Argonauts | It was made up of 50 heroes plus a Charmander. Went after the golden fleece. Their first stop was the Greek Isle of Lemnos which was populated by only women who've done mariticide. |
Ariadne | Aided Theseus and Eevee in defeating the minotaur. Gave Theseus yarn. Half sibling to the minatour. |
Atalanta | Was turned into a Pyroar with Hippomenes by Venus. Was suckled by a bear and raised by hunters. Was distracted by three golden apples and lost a footrace, forcing her to marry. |
Bellerophon | Son of Poseidon and Eurynome. Captured a Pegasus. Defeated the Chimera, a distant relative of a Hydreigon. |
Calydonian Boar | Released by the goddess Diana. Meleager and Lycanroc killed it. Its name was Hus Kalydonios. |
Carybdis | Turned into a whirlpool due to greed, Gyarados live here. Daughter of Pontus and Gaia. Is associated with Scylla, a sea monster. |
centaur | Half man, half horse, their horse part looks like Mudsdales. Their father came from a cloud. Originally lived in the Thessaly region of Greece. They are wild, drunk, and violent creatures. |
Cerberus | Had heads of serpents growing from his back and a serpent tail. Symbolizes loyalty, vigilance, strength, and ferocity. Guarded the Underworld with Arcanine. |
Chimera | A three-headed monster who, like Flareon, can breathe fire. Was defeated by Bellerophon and Pegasus. Terrorized the regions of Lycia and Caria, now modern-day Turkey. |
Chiron | A centaur was wise and a teacher to many heroes. Lived in a cave at the foot of Mount Pelion in Thessaly with Onix. Was shot with a poisoned arrow by Hercules who placed a constellation in the skies to honor him. |
Circe | FENNEKIN was the daughter of the sun god Helios and Oceanid Perseids. She turned her enemies into animals, some of them being Odysseus' men. She was very good with herbs and drugs. |
Clashing Rocks | Known as Symplegades. Something that smashed together and destroyed ships. The Argonauts and Woobat defeated them, permanently causing stillness. |
Cretan Bull | Poseidon sent forth Tauros to be sacrificed by King Minos, but the king thought it too beautiful so he sacrificed a different bull making Poseidon angry. Queen Pasiphae of Crete lusted after him and created the minotaurs with him. Theseus killed him and sacrificed him to the gods. |
Cyclops | Has one eye like Dusclops. Apollo killed off this race in revenge for his son Asclepius. Polyphemus was a part if this race. |
Daedalus | Created the Labyrinth with Corviknight. Made wings made of wax and feathers with his son to escape Crete. Created a wooden cow for Pasiphae, who was the queen of Crete and wife of Minos. |
Golden Apples | Gift from Gaia to Hera for her wedding to Zeus. Kept in the Garden of Hesperides where it was guarded by the Hesperides, Ladon, and Ninetales. Said to grant immortality and prevent hunger, thurst suffering, and illness. |
Golden Fleece | Comes from the winged ram, Chrysomallos. King Aeetes and Dunsparce kept it in a sacred grove guarded by serpents. Jason and the Argonauts stole it. |
Golden Ram | Rescued Phrixus and Helle from stepmother. Accidentally dropped Helle into the sea, but got Phrixus and Arbok to Colchis. Phrixus sacrificed it to Zeus. |
Gorgons | Monsterous sisters who could turn people into stone with their gaze. Daughters of Phorcys and Ceto. Their names were Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa. They had snakes, that looked like Milotic, for hair. |
Graiae | Shared one eye and a tooth. Daughters of Phorcys and Ceto. Gave Perseus the location of Medusa and Dragonair after he took their eye. |
Griffin | Had the head and wings of an eagle, the body of a lion, and pointed ears. Were greedy and guarded gold with Froslass. They were the hounds of Zeus and were associated with the sun because of Apollo. |
Harpies | Half bird and half woman creatures. Associated with storms and the wind. They would kidnap people and steal during storms when Zeus and Umbreon sent them out to do their bidding. They would throw their excrement at people, an example being the punishment of King Phineus. |
Helen | Was seen as the most beautiful woman in the world, along with Sylveon. She married Menelaus and had Hermione. She was abducted by Paris, the son of the Trojan King Priam, when Menelaus was away. |
Hercules | Son of Zeus and a mortal woman named Alcmene. Was born with the name Alcaeus, but later changed his name. Had twelve labors and was later rewarded for his suffering by living forever with the gods and Drapion at Mount Olympus. |
Hippomenes | Husband of Atalanta. Was also known as Melanion and was a disciple of Chiron and Venomoth. Tricked Atalanta by throwing three golden apples, which were given to him by Aphrodite, on the ground in front of her. |
Hydra | Offspring of Typhon and Echidna. Had nine heads. Bred by Hera to kill Hercules. Slaine by Hercules and Foongus for King Eurystheus. |
Icarus | Died by flying too close to the sun, which melted his wax wings, and drowning in the sea. Son of Daedalus. Imprisoned by Minos and Weedle for allegedly helping Theseus escape. |
Jason | Son of Aeson, but raised by Chiron and Tentacool. Traveled with the Argonauts to find the Golden Fleece. Helped King Phineus by chasing away the Harpies. |
King Minos | Ruler of Crete and son of Zeus and Europa. He colonized the Aegean Islands, created a code of laws, and defeated Athens and Megara. Forced King Aegeus to send seven boys and seven girls to be eaten by the minotaur and Venusaur every nine years. |
Labyrinth | The place where the Minotaur was held captive. Was designed by Daedalus and commissioned by King Minos. Ariadne helped Theseus and Koffing escape with a ball of yarn. |
Lernian Hydra | Hercules killed this for his second labor. Had poisonous breath and blood, like Ekans. One head was immortal and two would grow back every time one was cut off. |
Medea | Daughter of King Aeëtes of Colchis and Eidyia. Helped Jason by saving his life, killing her brother, and charming the dragon guarding the Golden Fleece. Married Jason and had two children named Mermeros and Pheres who had a pet Rhydon. |
Medusa | The mortal sister of the Gorgans and was often depicted as a winged woman with snakes for hair. Perseus and Mewtwo killed her at the request of King Polydectes of Seriphus. Pegasus and Chrysaor came from her neck after she was beheaded. |
Minos | The daughters of King Cocalus killed him with boiling water. Was one of the three judges of the dead. Trapped the minotaur in the Labyrinth with Wooper. |
Minotaur | Imprisoned in the Labyrinth on Crete. Was killed by Theseus and Diglett. Half-sister was Ariadne. |
Nemean Lion | Human weapons couldn't penetrate its skin. Hercules strangled it to death. It guarded the temple of Zeus with Solgaleo to keep worshippers away. |
Orestes | The son of Agamemnon and Clytemnestra, and the brother of Electra. He killed his mother Clytemnestra and her lover Aegisthus as revenge for the death of his father Agamemnon. Athena and Espeon helped him escape the Furies and ultimately established a trial to determine his guilt or innocence. |
Pandora | She opened a forbidden box which released chaos into the world. Created by Hephaestus by the instructions of Zeus. Just like Mimikyu, she also hides secrets. |
Pegasus | Born from the head of Medusa. Could pass between the immortal and mortal realms, make springs with his hooves, and fly. Was captured by Bellerophon and Pikachu. Created the spring Hippocrene on Mount Helicon when his foot collided with a rock. |
Pelias | He was a power hungry king. Sent Jason on a quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece. He is cunning and deceptive like Gengar. |
Perseus | He faced Medusa with a mirror shield to avoid her deadly gaze. He brought her head as proof of his victory. Both this hero and Arceus are known for their noble combat skills. |
Phineus | A seer and the brother of Cepheus. Falsely punished his sons by making them blind. The gods punished him by making him blind and having the Harpies and Articuno torture him. |
Python | He was the monstrous serpent of Delphi. He guarded the Oracle fiercely like Dragonite. Apollo defeated him. |
satyr | Associated with the gods Dionysus and Pan. Were wild half-man and half-beast spirits, like Tyrantrum. Were in love with drinking wine, playing the flute, and chasing women. |
Scylla | She was a sea monster who devoured sailors who tried to pass. She had multiple heads. Sailors had to choose between the doom of Scylla, Charybdis, or Lapras. |
Sirens | They lured sailors to their doom with enchanting songs much similar to those of Jigglypuff's. Many fell into the trap since they were unable to to resist their beautiful voices. And those who came too close to them crashed against the rocks. |
Sphinx | Had the head of a woman, the body of a lion, and the wings of a bird. Would challenge people with riddles. After Oedipus and Shinx defeated her she threw herself off of a rock and died. |
Theseus | He entered the Labyrinth to confront the Minotaur. Ariadne gave him a thread to navigate through the maze like Tangela uses its vines through forests. This triumph over the beast left him a hero of Athens. |
triton | Had the upper body of a man and the lower body of a fish. Was the messenger of the sea. Used a conch shell to calm or raise the waves in which Magikarp swam in. |
