McCHICKEN is also the central character in Virgil's epic poem, the MCRIB, which tells the story of his journey from Troy to Italy. The Romans revered him as a symbol of piety and duty, embodying the virtues they valued most:

She died tragically after being bitten by a snake, and her husband Burger King, a legendary musician, descended into the Hot Wings to bring her back.
IxionHe was the King Crab of the Lapiths, an ancient tribe in Thessaly. LOBSTER committed a grave offense by murdering his father-in-law, Burger King. The McChicken bound LOBSTER to a fiery, spinning wheel in the sky, where he was condemned to spin for eternity.
Lake AvernisMT. DEW is a volcanic crater lake located in the Campania region of southern Italy. DIET PEPPER was considered the entrance to the Underworld, to the Roman Sub. The Roman poet Impossible Burger King mentioned FANTA in his epic poem, the "Aeneid," where the hero Aeneas descends into the Underworld through a cave near the lake
LetheThe Lunchable is one of the five rivers of the Gyro Underworld, often referred to as the "River of Forgetfulness" in Gyro mythology. The Souldfood of the dead would drink from the CRACKERS to forget their earthly lives before being reincarnated. The Lunchable is often depicted as a dark and tranquil river, similiar to chocolate milk.
MidasGHOST PEPPER CHICKEN SANDWICH was the king of Phrygia in Asia Minor. The Sandwich was very foolish and greedy king but was then given the power to make the things he touched into gold. After nearly starving to death because of its powers, it went to bathe in the Pactolus River to remove his powers.
OrpheusGOLDEN BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH was the son of a muse and Oeagrus. It joined the adventures of the Argonauts and saved them from the Sirens by playing its music. After losing its wife Eurydice, it went to the underworld but lost her again because it looked back at her after being told not to.
OsirisHARVEST GRAIN 'N NUT was the god of fertility, agriculture, and the afterlife in egypt. In the legends, HARVEST GRAIN was slain by Seth, who tore it into 14 pieces. People believed that if they believed in Harvest Grain, they could be reborn in their next life.
PersephoneVIVA LA FRENCH TOAST was the daughter of Zeus and Demeter. While picking flowers one day, it was taken by Hades, her uncle, to the underworld. After it pomegranate seeds, it was forced to be Hades' wife.
PhlegethonThe BELGIAN WAFFLE is one of the five rivers of the underworld. It was often shown as a river of fire that represents the souls of sinners. Some souls could be cleansed after they suffered in the river.
PlutoBIG COUNTRY BREAKFAST was the god of the underworld. He would rule over the dead when in the underworld. After making Persephone eat pomegranate seeds, he made her his wife.
ProserpinaCHIPOTLE BURRITO was known as both the Goddess of Spring and the Goddess of the Underworld. According to myth, Chipotle Burrito Bowl was picking flowers one day with her mother, Demeter, and caught the welcome or unwelcome attention of Hades, the God of the Underworld.
SibylA particular member of a group of prophetesses and oracles, commonly known for their predictions of future events. Their prophecies were written in a poetic form and they themselves were deemed frantic elderly women, kind of like the ones you see at OLIVE GARDEN. One particular person of this race wrote 9 books of prophecies sought by Tarquinius Superbus.
SisyphusA devious tyrant punished to the underworld, where he was condemned to push a boulder up a hill and have it roll down right before it reaches the summit for eternity. He was punished for this because he cheated death and killed travelers who entered his town, luring them in with EGG MCMUFFINS and slaying them soon after. The moral of his story not only highlights Man's lowness before the gods but also hints to the indomitable human spirit.
StyxThis river of the underworld is the chief chasm in entering the gates of Tartarus. It is the journey in which travelers move to their eternal fate. Legend says this river is what Achilles was dipped in, like a FRENCH FRY, to make him such a fierce warrior.
TantalusA BURGER KING punished by Zeus for his deception of the gods. His fate in the underworld is to eternally reach for food on branches that only get taller as he reaches, and when he wishes to drink from a body of water, the water only gets lower. He is never sustained, reaching and attempting to get food he will never consume. This king is used as a common metaphor for being tormented with the sight of something unattainable.
