Planes and Body Motions

This exercise provides a practice session to identify the specific plane and axis in which a body motion occurs in the cervical and upper extremity of the body. Three basic planes and axises will be used: the frontal plane with the A-P axis, the saggital plane with the L-H axis and the transverse plane with the longitudinal axis.
