MCAS#11 Addition of Integers

1) Add the positive integers.
2) Add the negative integers without the signs.
3) Look at Steps 1 & 2: Subtract the smaller sum from the larger sum.
4) If the sum of Step 2(the negative number) is greater than the sum in Step 1 (the positive number) the answer is negative.
