Welcome to CS Ongoing Training!!

How it works:
The Floor Trainers develop and create trainings each month based on feedback from QA, concerns and questions from the floor, new procedures or tools, etc.
Additional Rapid Response trainings are also added when a topic must be communicated immediately and cannot wait til the next month's training. These Rapid Response trainings must be completed within 48 hours.

Annual Competency Testing will also be administered here. You will only have access to it when it has been assigned to you by your Trainer.
If you have suggestions for future training topics, please send them to the CS Train email routing.

What do you need to do:
Each month you will need to complete the trainings listed below. You will also need to confirm that you have completed the following each fiscal year (July 1st-June 30th). You can find links to these resources at the bottom of this page.

Corporate mandatory training assigned quarterly in LMS
All assigned tasks in MasterControl must be signed off each quarter
12 CEU's must be completed.

Each training must be completed with a minimum score of 80%. If you do not receive 80%, please retake until you do.
At the end of each quiz, you will be asked for feedback. Please give us your ideas and likes and dislikes that we can make these training as effective as possible.
You can click here to view your scores for quizzes you have completed and access feedback from your floor trainer. It will open in a new tab so you can go back and forth between this page and your scores if needed.

Please make sure you follow the instructions at the top of each quiz carefully before proceeding. There will always be some sort of presentation (eg: video, solution, powerpoint, etc) associated with each quiz.
