Customer ordered a phone handset part for her toy but she claims that wrong item was sent to her. Previous notes in DR says that the customer has the Tiny Talk Light-Up Phone. But when customer described the unit and the packaging, it turned out that what she has is the VTECH SMALL TALK which was retired 1994. Customer wants her money back because she claims that we sent her the incorrect item. Customer is also upset since she has a toy that wouldn't work as the part couldn't be replaced. I offered a discounted replacement for any toy except the platform products. Customer wants a full refund for the phone handset and a discount on her next purchase.
